Payment
Our store offers several secure payment methods to ensure a safe and secure transaction. You can pay for your purchases by :
- Payment on delivery in cash (in Morocco only).
- Payment by credit card via Payzone, a secure and 3D Secure solution ensuring the protection of your banking information (in Morocco and abroad).
- At checkout, our prices are displayed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). If you use a foreign credit card, your bank will automatically convert the amount into your local currency (EUR, USD, GBP, etc.) at the current exchange rate. No adjustment is required on your part. The debited amount will appear on your bank statement in your currency.
All transactions made on our site via Payzone are encrypted and comply with current security standards. By choosing this payment method, you agree to Payzone's terms of use.
Return and exchange
You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To make a return, you can contact us at info@crownscarves.com. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

Any shipping fees charged for the original purchase are non-refundable. Exchange fees will be your responsibility and will vary depending on your city or country. Note: Crown Scarves reserves the right to decline an exchange request if the product does not meet our exchange policy or fails quality control.
